Job Description
Job Function:
- To lead the organization’s business development efforts, crafting strategic plans and ensuring their effective execution to drive significant growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level business development strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Oversee the entire business development department, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, partners, and clients.
- Guide market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with executive leadership to inform and shape overall business strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Extensive managerial experience in business development within the industry.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
