The position continuously monitors and improves portfolio and program performance in alignment with the thrust and business objectives of the Center.

This position works closely with internal units and external stakeholders for program management, resource person pool management, and knowledge management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Market Research and Business Development

	<li>Monitors the portfolio, branding efforts, and program performance of current courses to ensure that business unit’s objectives are met.</li>

• Partners with clients to understand their needs, providing inputs and

emerging needs 
• In collaboration with the Program Sales and Marketing Section, provides 
recommendations about the positioning strategy and the specific target market 
segments/ niches for each program/course 
• Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing Head in the preparation of the 
annual promotion plan and provides input for the marketing budget needed

II. Program Management and Evaluation 
• Oversees the process in maintaining the quality of programs, ensuring that the 
programs meet the objectives and expectations of participants 
▪ Ensures that programs and courses are regularly reviewed and updated 
as necessary 
• Reviews and approves the schedule of public courses across all campuses 
including the timely offering of programs, courses, and activities 
• Reviews and endorses partnership agreements (e.g. MOAs, program 
mechanics and requirements, etc.), and submits to the Executive Director for 
approval 
• Endorses and approves financial-related transactions related to program 
development, and checks that liquidation reports are processed and submitted

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end product management from conception to launch and maintenance of consumer loan products, product variants, and programs, providing assistance to consumer loan business units in identifying market opportunities for products handled and overseeing the design and enhancement of new products or features for the growth and profitability of products handled.

How you'll contribute

	<li>End to end management and implementation of new product variants and offers, marketing programs, promos and incentive programs including overall project management, securing program approvals, doing regular campaign monitoring and analysis, doing market scans, ensuring promo fulfillment, and conduct of post-program review, among others.</li>
	<li>Map out and tracks all deliverables related to an initiative to ensure proper execution and timely implementation with minimal supervision.</li>
	<li>Provide inputs for the creation of a marketing and communication plan in line with product and marketing initiatives, in coordination with key stakeholders (Business, Cust Seg, Brand and Communications, Campaigns Officer)</li>
	<li>Monitor execution and be able to adjust communication angles to emphasize key product or promo features as required.</li>
	<li>Analyze assigned campaigns or initiatives and ensure alignment of these initiatives with overall business objectives and strategy.</li>
	<li>Evaluate the performance of the initiatives (both quantitative and qualitative) and be able to present these results to stakeholders and Business Heads.</li>
	<li>Determine and understand root cause or factors affecting performance for each initiative and apply learnings in succeeding runs. Offer recommendations if there are encountered issues or concerns.</li>
	<li>Articulates and presents initiative results to different stakeholders, Business/Product Heads and Channel Heads</li>

Product Manager

1. Addresses all ISO QMS concerns/ needs of TDGI and TDG MCs. 
2. Spearheads necessary projects to attain TDGI’s ISO goals and objectives as assigned by the President / Deputy Chief Quality Officer. 
3. Conducts training programs for TDGI employees about ISO concepts/ tools/ Quality Policy; orients new employees in ISO concepts/ tools/ Quality Policy and the like.
