M2.0 Communications specializes in business, technology and lifestyle communication, with emphasis on public relations, stakeholder management and digital communication. Starting with one employee in 2003, M2.0 now has a total of around 50 full-time staﬀers composed of a dozen manager/director level employees and more than 40 specialists. M2.0 Communications is seeking a visionary Video Lead to lead our video production team in creating impactful and innovative video content. This role will oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring all projects align with brand guidelines, engage audiences, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

<ul>
	<li>Develop and execute creative strategies for video projects in line with brand guidelines and campaign goals.</li>
	<li>Lead brainstorming sessions, inspiring teams with innovative concepts.</li>
	<li>Create storyboards, mood boards, and creative briefs to communicate ideas effectively.</li>
	<li>Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate cutting-edge ideas into campaigns.</li>
</ul>

Production Oversight

<ul>
	<li>Oversee all phases of video production, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring high-quality output.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with producers, directors, editors, and other professionals to bring concepts to life.</li>
	<li>Provide on-set direction to ensure visuals, audio, and performance meet project standards.</li>
</ul>

Performance Analysis and Optimization

<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.</li>
	<li>Use data-driven insights to enhance creative approaches and improve future campaigns.</li>
	<li>Optimize video content for various platforms, including social media, streaming, and advertising channels.</li>

Team Management

	<li>Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.</li>

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration

	<li>Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders on creative matters.</li>
	<li>Present ideas and campaigns, incorporating feedback as needed.</li>
	<li>Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional creative solutions.</li>
</ul>

Video Lead

<ul>
	<li>Create, Lead and Present concept pitch materials.</li>
	<li>Conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for event and visual content</li>
	<li>Compose and edit scripts, or provide writers with story outlines from which scripts can be written.</li>
	<li>Collaborating with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure the final product meets expectations.</li>
	<li>Collaborating with other team members including post team, prod team, and production crew to bring the scripts to life.</li>
	<li>Overseeing the post-production process, including editing and finalizing the videos.</li>
	<li>Directing video shoots and providing creative direction to the production team is a plus.</li>
	<li>Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring the final product meets their expectations.</li>
