Transnational Diversified Group

<ul>
	<li>Works with and supports the Division President in setting/creating medium- to long-term operational and financial strategies in line with the business plans of the Division (and the MCs under the Division)</li>
	<li>Facilitates and co-leads with the Division President in the Business Planning process of the Management teams under the Division/assigned MCs.</li>
	<li>Presents/Communicates/Meets with all levels in the Division, including other concerned stakeholders, to provide leadership, direction &amp; support.</li>
	<li>Calls for and presides over Divisional/MC-level management meetings to address key issues and to cascade important information from TDG’s Senior Management Council/Top Management</li>
	<li>Collaborates and partners with the Division President regarding productivity and efficiency of operations, overall management, and growth of the businesses in the Division. These will include:</li>
	<li>Optimization and management of TDG companies</li>
	<li>Advisory role on investment evaluation &amp; contract negotiations of member companies</li>
	<li>Management of office leases</li>
	<li>Leads, manages and oversees the development and achievement of key performance metrics (financial, operational, marketing, sales, etc.) in the Division and among the Member Companies in the Division</li>
	<li>Makes recommendations for changes as needed and ensures that relevant policies, systems and procedures are instituted in the Division/MCs to create relevant and innovative business solutions</li>
	<li>Monitors the effectiveness of existing management methods and processes in order to continually improve or enhance operational efficiency and productivity</li>

	<li>Lead the business development efforts for AnyMind Philippines on a regional level while working closely with our Regional - Growth Market team. This involves identifying and creating new business opportunities, planning and implementing regional marketing activities, development of Go to Market Strategies, and negotiating and finalizing acceptable deals with both existing and new clients.</li>
	<li>Work closely with the local market'S D2C team (commercial, operations and creators growth), as well as various departments within AnyMind PH, to ensure a consistent and high-level execution that drives e-commerce performance and to meet all the required warehousing, fulfillment, marketing, creative &amp; manpower requirements.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with e-commerce, business devs and marketing teams from other AnyMind offices in the SEA &amp; MENA region to conduct &amp; analyze market trends, customer behaviors, competitive positions, and other necessary market studies in order to produce a sound findings and recommendations regarding the feasibility of brands/products before it enters the selling market.</li>
	<li>Proactively engage with potential local (PH) brands to demonstrate how AnyMind PH can support them in expanding their market presence through cross-border e-commerce. This will entail arranging discovery meetings, crafting a compelling pitch deck, and ultimately presenting it to prospective clients with the goal of securing successful partnerships.</li>
	<li>Facilitate the entry of new products here in the Philippines by working closely with AnyMind's regulatory affairs team (ensuring FDA compliance and legal requirements) to obtain all essential permits and certificates necessary for adhering to all mandatory regulations and legalities when distributing, wholesaling, and retailing regulated products in the country.</li>
	<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with media agencies, continuously update them of our capabilities not only in e-commerce but also in various media campaigns. Be creative in crafting services that are mutually beneficial between AnyMind and the agencies.</li>

Cross Boarder Business Development and Growth Lead

<ul>
	<li>The Division Controller is responsible for providing leadership and management of accounting and financial operations with his/her assigned Division and the member companies under the division.</li>
	<li>This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of the adequate system in accounting records/budgets, as well as the establishment of a comprehensive set of internal controls in the form of policies and procedures, risk management standards, and other work processes that comply with generally accepted accounting principles.</li>
	<li>He/she shall oversee the planning, implementation, and control of all financial-related activities in the Division to support business objectives.</li>
