Human Resources Manager  

We're searching for a qualified Human Resource Manager to join us in providing a balanced combination of people hiring and development. Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with all business strategy
• Involvement in various practices area within Human Resources i.e people hiring and development, compensation and benefits, to industrial relations
• Collaborate with C-Level to ensure clear Manpower needs, hiring strategy, and consulting the best approach to fulfill the needs
• Working closely with HR associate and Legal team to ensure that all employment contracts, company regulations, and its implementation comply with the latest labor laws and provide periodic updates to C-Level if there are major significant changes in employment
• Oversee and manage a performance and workload appraisal system that drives high performance
• Leading the HR team to produce various training and development programs periodically for all departments by collaborating with third parties if necessary
• Responsible for handling full spectrum of compensation and benefits i.e payroll, BPJS, and medical benefit by coordinating with HR associate
• Support current and future business needs through the engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources by providing employee engagement programs to increase understanding of the company's work culture and future goals
• Responsible in managing team member to provide & execute HR operational support including administering payroll, employee personnel files, and people mobility related work
• Handles staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
• Provides support on the other areas of human resources when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects tasks if necessary

• Proven experience as Head of Human Resources, Human Resources Lead or other HR executive
• Established track record of successful employee development that contributed to company growth
• Strong experience in talent hiring and management
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
