Job Responsibilities:

	<li>To maintain or exceed a daily quota of words translated (from English to Hiligaynon/Cebuano, Cebuano/Hiligaynon to Tagalog , or vice versa) with the highest quality possible.</li>
	<li>To perform “peer proofreading” and work collaboratively with fellow linguists when assigned or when the need arises.</li>
	<li>To research, compile and learn business, tools and technical terminologies</li>
	<li>To engineer documents and files in such a way that clients and suppliers are both happy with the results.</li>
	<li>Other language-related tasks as may be defined and assigned from time to time</li>

Cebuano and Hiligaynon Translator

Summary

The role is responsible end-to-end training and OD programs of the company. This person should also support various human resources functions including but not limited to employee engagement, talent management, and administrative duties. This role involves planning and facilitating OD interventions, conducting training assessments, and developing training modules. This position will maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Training and Career Development:

	<li>Adept in training needs assessment, competency mapping and management</li>
	<li>Creates and facilitates training programs in relation to competency gaps</li>
	<li>Perform training evaluations to measure program effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Assist in creating succession planning programs.</li>
	<li>Help identify and develop key talent for future leadership roles.</li>
	<li>Work on initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

Organizational Design

<ul>
	<li>Assess and optimize organizational structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Define and clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure organizational alignment and accountability.</li>
	<li>Analyze and redesign workflows and processes to enhance productivity.</li>
</ul>

Licensing:

<ul>
	<li>Assists in processing the individual occupational licenses of employees</li>
	<li>Maintains all the records and update it on the system</li>
	<li>Ensures that employees have updated and active licenses for required states</li>
	<li>Coordinates with necessary vendors and stakeholders in processing the license</li>
</ul>

Engagement:

<ul>
	<li>Assists in obtaining data, research and benchmark on the most appropriate engagement activity for the team</li>
	<li>Plans, creates and facilitates engagement programs in coordination with the Employee Experience Manager</li>
	<li>Evaluates engagement programs</li>
	<li>Collaborates with the engagement ambassador</li>
</ul>

Talent Management and Acquisition:

<ul>
	<li>Helps in performance data management, keeping tabs of standard rating system</li>
	<li>Monitors performance improvement plans, coaching logs and other performance-based documents</li>
</ul>

Others:

<ul>
	<li>Records and document keeper: 201 files and HR &amp; Admin. Policies</li>
	<li>Creates and keeps track of training, OD and Licensing dashbords and monitoring sheets</li>
