Key Responsibilities

	<li>Define, implement and regularly review the company’s financial policies to ensure these enable the company’s ambitious goals while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.</li>
	<li>Financial Reporting and Analysis:</li>
	<li>Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li>
	<li>Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
	<li>Bookkeeping:</li>
	<li>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li>
	<li>Prepare and post journal entries as required.</li>
	<li>Budgeting and Forecasting:</li>
	<li>Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.</li>
	<li>Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis.</li>
	<li>Audit and Compliance:</li>
	<li>Oversee internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.</li>
	<li>Accounts Payable and Receivable:</li>
	<li>Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.</li>
	<li>Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.</li>
	<li>Tax Preparation and Filing:</li>
	<li>Oversee and lead the preparation and filing of local tax returns.</li>
	<li>Stay current with tax regulations and ensure compliance with all tax laws.</li>

As an Accounting Associate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Company. You will work closely with various stakeholders in ensuring the completion and accuracy of all financial reporting. Your deliverables to the finance department and others will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

	<li>Support day to day accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required. Work with Accounting Manager on the preparation of monthly and annual ledger closings activities and reconciliations.</li>
	<li>Deal with contracts and rates. Assist in the day-to-day quote and pricing, documents preparation and filing, ensuring accuracy and liaison between finance and other internal teams.</li>
	<li>Assist in the financial planning and budgeting.</li>
	<li>Assist in regional consolidation and accounting in new countries.</li>
	<li>Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li>
