	<li>Assist with billing and contract inquiries from SPDJI, particularly as they relate to Global Strategic accounts and the Insurance team</li>

	<li>Tax Compliance - Receives tax reports submitted by Accounting Assistant (except Income Tax Returns – ITR) ITRs are prepared by Accounting Manager, Checks for new RMCs and new mandates by BIR, Checks accuracy of tax report based on system.</li>
	<li>Review of New Vehicle Releases - Checks the completeness of sales documents, accuracy of computations</li>
	<li>Payment of wholesale Loan - Updates Notes Payable and vehicle inventory file on vehicle releases and pull-outs, Coordinates with the Treasury Dept. for list of loans due for payment, Prepares Payment Advice, Extension Advice and Certificate of Withholding Tax</li>
	<li>Checking of Unit and Ancillary Commission</li>
	<li>Checking of Sales Incentive (Combination and Volume Incentive)</li>
	<li>Review of accounting schedules</li>
	<li>Propose and develops company policy that will be useful on day to day activities.</li>
	<li>Supervises accounting assistant on task assigned to them; Conducts supervisory session; Performs coaching to subordinates; PMS Administration</li>
