Art Director (Marketing)


Job Description

  • Generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from creative group lead and/or other departments.
  • Generate (through the line, integrated) ideas and move them forward
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and its application to creative
  • Work with other creative and brand teams on concept development for ongoing and seasonal campaigns
  • Effectively plan and accurately execute approved creative ideas
  • Ensure that all approved creative work meets the required standards and timelines
  • Ensure creative hygiene of creative work eg fonts, sizes, reproduction, finishing
  • Guide the Graphic Designers the art of visual communication
  • Guide and take part in video/photoshoot session

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in advertising or design industry
  • Able to work independently as well as team-work with partners
  • Excellent writing & speaking skill
  • Having interest (and good taste) in art is a nice addition
  • Consistently challenges oneself for breakthrough thinking
  • Constantly strives to do things differently
  • Uses the systems and networks within the organization to leverage the existing knowledge base
  • Great attention to details
