Channel Partner Lead (Business Development)

Job Description

What you will do:

  • Hit monthly sales quota for territory by crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in the assigned territory
  • Continuously train channel partner’s sales team on StoreHub’s offerings
  • Manage relationships with channel partners by solving issues, sales conflicts, communicate needs and creating synergy
  • Represent StoreHub at industry trade shows, public events, and channel partner events
  • Negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners
  • Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships
  • Analyse and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes based on KPI to determine the health of a channel partner
  • Engage with channel partners’ sales representatives in prospecting, qualifying and identifying sound business prospects and working with partner management to grow the channel
  • Stay current with the latest developments with alliances and competitor activities.

Minimum Qualifications

You will need:

  • A BIG passion for helping small businesses
  • Self-driven and self-motivated
  • Strong conversational and rapport-building skills, both verbal and written
  • At least 2 years experience in sales and/or customer-facing role
  • Strong ability to influence people with compelling presentation and public speaking skills
  • Great perception and awareness of nonverbal cues to feel out how a negotiation is going and adjust accordingly
  • Love problem solving and making things work
  • Proven track record of successful sales quota achieved within a SaaS company
  • Excellent command of English and Tagalog
  • Analytical with good attention to detail
  • Proven ability to assemble and present effective sales presentations at the C-Level
  • Fast learner
  • You love to win, willing to go the extra mile
  • A team player who enjoys working in an energetic, fun environment
