Job Description
- Prepares periodic detailed sales report analysis & action plans per brand including category, SKU, and planogram analysis
- Analyze per store performance and determine ways to achieve sales quota
- Identify problems and opportunities per store and formulate solutions for sales operations team to implement.
- Coordinates and Evaluates with Retail Merchandising Buyer/Manager regarding merchandise orders
- Inventory Management &Product Movement – In-charge in managing stocks availability and maintain optimal inventory
- Manages stock position i.e. reorders, sales analysis, depletion of old, discontinued &slow-moving items.
- Recommends strategic special buys/price off during sale events to merchandiser
- Review forecast vs actual sales to fulfill stock requirements
- Conduct year-end sale to move out closeout products
- Schedule stock room visit to check product movement and maintain optimum inventory level
- Schedule warehouse visits to check overall optimum inventory level of retail division
- Product Ordering &Allocation- responsible for checking allocation
- Checks order worksheet per store
- Determines appropriate ordering pattern per store and make necessary adjustments to improve retail deliveries.
Internal Relations
- Regularly coordinate with IT for inventory status and updates.
- Work closely with sales department for product allocation, replenishment, and promotions
- Other task deemed necessary and given by the Management from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree graduate of any commerce, business or management course
- With at least 2-year experience in Retail Operations and Management.
- Above Average analytical, logical and critical thinking.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
