Job Description
- Define, lead, and execute the short-term and long-term strategy for the Enterprise Sales team to support sales targets.
- Ensures profit maximization and realization of sales targets for the sales team.
- Builds and optimizes sales processes to make meeting sales targets and overall revenue goals more efficient.
- Recruit, build, and manage a team of Enterprise Sales Managers, set the team’s strategy, architect the team structure and needs, set the team’s goals and vision, and deliver results in a quickly growing environment.
- Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team in close collaboration with Management.
- Negotiate and assist in closing strategic mega-deals with large corporations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ experience working in a Strategic Sales and Marketing Role in Technology, Telecommunications, or relevant industries and managing sales team.
- Analytical Thinking. Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. Able to roll-up your sleeves, get hands-on when necessary & analyze the data and pull key insights for your team.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and general growth pains of a start-up.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- An entrepreneurial DNA.
- An eye for great talent and the ability to unlock the potential of high performing teams.
- Working in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is a must.
