Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage program management for education programs across Key business areas with potential business partners
- Work across cross functional teams, partners to develop plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to the initiatives
- Develop common-sense solutions to complex business problems through in-depth research, assessment, coordination and collaboration with key decision makers
- Influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals
- Communicate regularly and effectively with management and team, focused on influencing and delivering a positive customer experience according to Zenius Standards
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management with specific focus on co-branding sales preferred
- Strong English, communication skills
- Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution to develop co-branding partnerships to drive sales program
- Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to interpret what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
- Fluent in English and are a convincing communicator toward stakeholders
