Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- A strategic HR Business Partner in all HR areas especially in employee engagement, talent development, performance evaluation compensation & benefit and recruitment.
- Ensure design succession plan and execution for key talents and key job positions by working closely with HR team.
- Build a strong business relationship with stakeholders cross-functionally.
- Actively identifies gaps, proposed and implement changes necessary to cover risk.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree - Psychology, Management, Industrial dl Development, HRBP / HR generalist area.
- Experience in Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Org. Structure Analysis, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Manpower planning
- Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking, working under pressure and deadlines.
- Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.
- Open and cross culturally minded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
