Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a Tutor Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, developing, managing, and lead one of our core team. You should be able to deliver and implement Zenius' vision into our business line.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach a team of Tutors (Content Makers) in order to deliver great contents.
- Gave feedbacks to Tutors (Content Makers)
- Lead and collaborate among the team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experienced in delivering learning contents via online media is a prerequisite.
- Deep analytical thinking skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Passionate in Education
- Competent in Pedagogy and Andragogy is an advantage
