Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig Processes
- Able to guide employees on different forms and queries about benefits
- Handles remittances from employee mandatories
- Secure other compensation packages for the company
- Assists in dealing with other Human Resource functions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Psychology/Human Resource or any relevant course
- With at least 1 year experience in handling employees compensation and benefits
- Has basic knowledge of recruitment, selection, and placement
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word/Excel
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Manila area
