P.S. This position is specifically for BotBros AI in the Greenhills San Juan location (not White Cloak Technologies!).

Here’s a rundown of your expected responsibilities, are you up for the challenge?

• Assists the HR manager and the rest of the core team in expanding our BotBros AI family and in all operations in the HR department
• Reviews resumes and arranges Interview appointments with eligible applicants
• Contacts applicants and process paperwork for recruitment
• Orients the new members of BotBros AI’s rules and regulations
• Introduces accepted members to their tasks and responsibilities
• Conducts periodic peer evaluation to enhance our team’s performance
• Maintens and updates employee files and forms of the management.
• Performs background check on:
  • Employment law and compliance
  • Employment eligibility
  • Employee confidentiality

• Background in Human Resource
• Presenting confidentaly in front of a group of people.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to step out of your comfort zone
• Efficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks at hand
• Self-starter in resolving problems and seeking for points of improvement

We don't necessarily require the following, but if you posses the points below that will be great!

• Background in advertising, content creation, and/or product design.
• Graphic design skills.
• Having already written/built a chatbot.
• Design and/or software development skills.
