Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create work plan.
- Involved in preparing strategies related to the improvement and expansion of services.
- Ensure strategy execution in accordance with what has been set.
- Ensure SOPs implementation in the department under their authority in accordance with the standards that have been set.
- Supervise and evaluate team performance (under their authority).
- Submit cost operational requests to the manager.
- Create and submit reports to superiors.
- Report labor needs (especially if there is resignation) for a replacement to the manager.
- Act as an intermediary between employees and management.
- Responsible for the work of his subordinates.
- Tasked with motivating his subordinates in work.
- Conduct briefings for staff.
- Responsible for conducting assessments and field surveys for clients who wish to install composting in their place.
- Responsible for providing training to clients who install composting or use the service (new/old clients).
- Responsible for visiting and following up at the client's place if needed in matters related to composting.
- Provide solutions for problems in the field.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor's Degree of any major.
- Domiciled in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.
- Have at least 2 years experience as a Supervisor.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of waste management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong leadership spirit.
- Fluent in English preferred.
