Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process Government Statutory requirements and enrollments (BIR, PhilHealth, HDMF, and SSS).
- Ensures that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.).
- Answers queries of employees on compensation and benefits.
- Handles complaints or questions regarding discrepancies.
- Maintains and develops personnel record system.
- Analyzes compensation data within the organization.
- Evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent.
- 2-4 years experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Experience in retail/distribution business is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to perform the following:
- Handle pressure.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Willing to work in Taguig;
