Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Be responsible in directing all functions of Human Resources Department.
- Administer the following:
- Compensation and Benefits
- Payroll
- Recruitment and Selection
- Training and Development
- Labor Relations
- Performance Management
- Information System
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree of Psychology or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably aManager specializing in Human Resources or its equivalent.
- Expertise in general management, problem resolution, and strategic planning.
- Knowledgeable and has a strong background on Labor Laws.
- Willing to work in Taguig City.
