Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Human Resource Supervisor will report to the VP for HR and Operations for the following tasks:
- End to end HR
- Focus is on companensation and benefits
- Assist in organizing employee events
- Assist in recruitment activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience and knowledge in compensation and benefits
- Experience other areas of Human Resource
- Experience in recruitment and interviews
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can work alone
