Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Developing and manage the company's internal communication strategy to ensure that every employee has a good understanding about company's Vision, Mision, Values, Goals, etc,
- Developing and maintaining company's Newslatter,
- Developing and manage the strategy of culture management programs,
- Evaluate effectiveness and employee experience to creating or improving the future programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology, Communication, or equivalent;
- Min. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, people engagement & culture programs;
- Have an experience in developing & maintaining Culture Management Programs;
- Creative idea & thinking;
- Good Communication and planning skills;
- Strong event planning & organizing skills;
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia
