Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Arrange and prepare meetings.
- Assist with SEC filings and with other govt. agencies
- Assist attorneys to prepare integral corporate documents
- Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems
- Write reports to help lawyers prepare for trials
- Draft/review correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts and mortgages
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Law or its equivalent;
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Legal Assistant;
- Knowledge in labor law is an advantage;
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills;
- Meticulous and thorough;
- Results-oriented, organized, keen to details and trustworthy;
- Can work under pressure;
- Has good interpersonal skills, a team player and knowledgeable in various MS Office system applications.
