Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage database of community members and community leaders
- Manage daily conversations with the community
- Responsible for growth and engagement of community members
- Conceptualize, develop, and run community programs to keep engagement
- Work together with content team to highlight community programs to social media accounts
- Able to analyze community needs and behavior, to make recommendations for upcoming community programs
- Detail-oriented
- Skills : public speaking skills, community management, event planning, communication skills, Google suite skills (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent.
- Minimal 2 years experience as a Community Specialis
- Have a wide networking esp in community
- Have a deep knowledge about online & offline community
- Have a good knowledge about social media, will be an advantage
- Have a good presentation skill and communication skill
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa is a must
- Able to operate with Google tools (drive, docs, xlxs, ppt, calendar, etc). Familiar and able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Having design skills is a plus
