Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Recruitment and Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for implementation of the recruitment process and employee related company activities.

Primary Role/ Job Descriptions:

RECRUITMENT:

  • Carries out the recruitment process from paper screening, shortlisting, phone interviewing, inviting and actual interviewing
  • Conducts background investigation and credentials screening of shortlisted applicants
  • Does saturation campaign on all types of channels to source for qualified applicants (Schools, Social Media, Government agencies, Free Online Portals, Career Fair, and other forms of networking etc etc.)
  • Keep track of active and passive tracker, candidates records and documents

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:

  • Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies that foster and promote a culture of excellence
  • Establish and maintain measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement and satisfaction;• Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Ensure content consistency of messages and alignment to overall company values, vision and strategies
  • Lead the design and execution of key employee engagement events, team building activities, outreach programs, anniversary gathering, branch blessing/dedication, sports fest, awards and recognition, etc.
  • Design and execute regular employee engagement communication vehicles to employees
  • Support design and administration components for employee engagement survey
  • Partner with Performance Management Team to leverage employee engagement as part of the change management process
  • Assess organizational climate through employee surveys and focus groups or cross functional group activities

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management
  • With minimum of 5 years experience in handling recruitment, employee engagement roles in BPO, I.T., Events, Arts, Wellness and Grooming industry
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
  • Flexible and willing to visit various Wink Laser Studio Branches
