Purpose
- The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for providing administrative support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Associate assists with the admin tasks such as job posting, interview scheduling, background check, 201 filing and transmitting, and screening of intern and outsourced applicants, and provides other support, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports talent acquisition by posting approved job MRFs
- Assists Talent Acquisition Specialists with scheduling interviews and completing background checks
- Transmits hires’ 201 files to Talent Development
- Oversees hiring requirements for internships, outsourced and project-based roles
- Conducts pre-screening of candidates for interns, outsourced and project-based roles
- Endorses intern, outsourced, and project-based applicants to the hiring manager
- Schedules hiring manager interviews for intern, outsourced, and project-based applicants
- Extends Internship Acceptance Offers to identified candidates
- Endorses intern candidates to Talent Development
- Coordinates with outsourced partners on assessment schedules, application status, and hiring requirements
- Endorses outsourced hires to Outsourced Relations
- Drafts offer sheets for project-based candidates
- Performs assigned duties and tasks from Lead, Manager, or Head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Education
- Applicants with a degree in Psychology, Business Management, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a related 4-year program.
Minimum Experience/Training
- Fresh graduates
- With at least a year of relevant administrative and recruitment experience is a plus
Competency
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to perform administrative work
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Working Conditions
- Amenable to work in Makati
- Amenable to a compressed work week schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Amenable to render overtime when needed
