Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creates Kaizen Plans and Programs and spearheads the planning, development, and approval of the overall kaizen direction in the dealer with the buy-in of all stakeholders.
- Leads in the development of the dealer kaizen culture through the following activities such as Suggestion System, QC Circle Activities, Kaizen Trainings, Internal Kaizen Activities, Obeya Room etc.
- Cascade know how by creating a training plan and conducting kaizen training to all team members thereby creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitors and controls the progress of kaizen activities.
- Ensures sustainably of kaizen activities.
- Track, monitor and report regularly on kaizen project status
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in the filed of Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent with related training in the use of Productivity tools such as Ishikawa Diagram, Quality Circles or lean manufacturing.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to invest time and energy in the continuous learning of Kaizen principles and tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate teams and influence direction
- Full-Time position(s) available.

Toyota Bacoor, Cavite, Inc. (TBR) was incorporated on January 21, 2015 with the primary purpose of selling Toyota Brand motor vehicles and parts, as well as auto maintenance services including repairs.
TBR is located along Bacoor (formerly Molino) Boulevard, Barangay Mambog IV, Bacoor City, Cavite. Its location makes it accessible to the cities of Bacoor, Imus, Kawit and General Trias and neighboring towns.
The facilities of TBR include a total lot area of 9,500 sqm and total floor space of approximately 18,000 sqm. The facilities are designed to accommodate sales volume of upwards of 300 units of vehicles per month and repair volume of over 120 units each day. Service facilities include regular maintenance, general repairs as well as automotive body and paint shop. TBR will also covering used car sales as part of its operations.
