Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist People Partner to execute projects related to the BU/ Platform such as survey, awards, etc.
- Assist in monitoring performance intervention
- Working closely with BU/ Platform to support their needs to improve productivity and talent retention.
- Create an easy-to-understand performance guideline to support specific BU/ Platform needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration or another relevant educational background
- Ability to adapt in a fast pace environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Great communication skills
