Handling the end to end process of Online Sales Management (especially Online Reseller).
Create, manage and execute strategy to boost reseller's sales.
Create effective onboarding and retention strategies for our online resellers.
Conduct product training for newly onboarded resellers.
Maintain mutual relationships with online resellers.
Oversee online resellers performance.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Have minimum 5 years experience to handle online sales (reseller & ecommerce/ marketplace account)
Beauty enthusiast
Have experience to work in ecommerce company and good understanding about online campaigns
Experienced in engaging with reseller community and directly managing reseller
Experienced in developing brand in online area
Strong self-motivation
Independent and good team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
