The role will be to assist the Customer Service Manager in the day to day role of sourcing product from China, working with our inhouse design team on products, catalogue layouts and OEM design goods. Over time the position of a Customer Service Rep dealing direct with our overseas clients on all their promotional and marketing product needs will become available.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in sourcing product from China, not just online but dealing with factories.
- Experience in dealing with international customers, so a very good command of English is required.
- Putonghua is definitely an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills.
