Deskripsi Pekerjaan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads in the screening of interested training applicants
- Prepares instructional materials
- Conducts lectures and hands-on training on lessons/modules assigned to him/her
- Assesses and monitors trainees' performance
- Prepares and submits the following reports:
- Enrolment Report
- Terminal Report
- Progress Chart
- Attendance
- Assists in the monitoring of employment status of graduates of Basic Korean Language and Culture
- Attends meetings or other events as required
- Contributes to the management and security of training resources of the Center
- Conducts inventory of equipment, tools, and materials
- Acts as member of Job Linkaging and Networking Services (JoLiNS) under Employment Facilitation
- Performs other related functions as may be required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With teaching background in Korean Language
- Completed Trainers' Training or Teacher Training
- College graduate
- With good interpersonal relationship
