Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Administer assessments during hiring process
- Conduct Initial interviews using the tools provided
- Update Applicant tracking system(Taleo) in a real- time basis
- Send report to upper management on the status of hiring requirements
- Vertically report to Recruitment Specialist/Supervisor for daily tasks
- Administratively report to Recruitment Manager
- Complete adhoc project that will help improvement on the process and/or organization
Kualifikasi Minimum
EDUCATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 6 months of working experience in HR-Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is required for this position.
- Very good computer skills, including familiarity with Google applications (such as Docs, Sheets & Slides).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
