- To ensure compliance with labor regulations
- To administer disciplinary actions
- To administer health and safety protocols and procedures and related administrative tasks
- To address and manage any HR-related problems that may come up or may be raised by employees
- To maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a graduate of BS/AB Psychology, BS Industrial Relations, BS Management or Behavioral Science, BS Human Resource Management.
- Looking for a Generalist that has end to end HR experience
- Has at least 5 years experience in Employee Relations and at least 1 or 2 years in Health and Safety.
- Related certifications or a post graduate degree is a plus.
- Must have at least 5 years relevant work experience, at least 3 years of which should be in a supervisory capacity, or the like.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
