Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles end-to-end recruitment process for head office and store vacancies.
- Conducts sourcing and job postings in different job portals.
- Conducts orientation to on-boarding/new hires.
- Maintains and update manpower monitoring.
- Prepares weekly report of job vacancies and recruitment updates.
- Assists the HR Officer in administrative works.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be Psychology graduate.
- Background in HR functions.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in different MS Offices.
- Fresh graduate with outstanding scholastic records may be considered.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati.
