Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Ensures effective management of legal and contractual risks, providing legal advisory services, and managing the Legal Department effectively and efficiently.
Reviews/Drafts legal documents and/or validates School Legal Officer’s product
- Reviews/drafts legal documents (e.g. contracts, agreements, legal opinions) and/or validate such legal documents;
- Clears legal documents for printing and dispatch; and
- Provides legal advice and opinions.
Handles cases and legal problems
- Formulate case theory for litigation for or against the company;
- Represent the company in litigations during hearings; and
- Liaise with government judicial and administrative bodies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (Llb)/Juris Doctor (JD)
- Bar exam passer
Experience and Competency Requirements:
- Must have legal practice experience
- Must have basic knowledge of all law subjects
- Possesses knowledge on Labor and Educational laws
- Must be adept in legal counselling
