Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts interview and assessment for prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies/job requirements
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in different job portals
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to interviews
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices
- Conducts orientations for newly hires
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities/trainings/seminars.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Proven working experience in Recruitment is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be Willing to be assigned in Tarlac or in Clark Pampanga
- Can start ASAP
