Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides logistic support to the Learning and Development Team
- Handles logistics for training activities, including venues and equipments
- Assists in the preparation of training aids such as manuals and handbooks
- Tracks and reports training outcomes and evaluation
- Evaluates and makes recommendations on Training Materials and Methodology
- Maintains Training Records
- Establishes and maintains relationships with training suppliers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
- Must have good communication skills both oral and written
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
