- Work with young people (ages 7 to 19) in areas related to design, media, technology, and the arts.
- Facilitate year-round workshops at Sparklelab Quezon City along with a Lead Designer and Technologist.
- Responsible for the well-being of participants during workshops, summer camps, and field trips.
- Responsible for creating an inclusive, caring, dynamic and creative learning environment for participants.
- Responsible for planning and implementing activities with the Sparklelab community, which includes young people, their families, schools and local community.
- Participate in (and at times co-facilitate) professional development programs for the Sparklelab team throughout the year.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- 7 to 10 years work experience and a desire to work with an intergenerational community of learners (7 to 19 years of age), their families and their community.
- We’re looking for an educator who is exhilarated by the possibility of developing new learning environments online and offline and who has significant experience in curriculum design.
- A progressive educator eager to learn about games, mobile phones, virtual reality and how a vast array of emerging technologies can rewire the learning landscape.
- Can solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Can take initiative, is detail oriented and can accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
- Most of all, we’re looking for someone enthusiastic and fun and a great collaborator.

Sparklelab is a unique initiative which focuses on teaching STEAM subjects through game based pedagogy. Our mission is to make learning Extraordinary. Through workshops such as Gamemakers (game design), Toymill (Robotics and material science), Spark (electronics), Stitches and Circuits (Smart Materials, Internet of Things) Get Reel (animation + film making) we teach kids the skills we deem critical for success in the 21st century - such as creative and critical thinking, design thinking, intelligent resourcing, collaboration and iteration. By enhancing understanding of STEAM subjects and above all instilling joy and wonder in the process of learning we want to help create more future entrepreneurs, creators and innovators in the Philippines and beyond.
