- Primary responsible for the handling and operation of the fulfillment machine proir card dispatch release
- Handles pre-packing process as per customer's product requirement
- Either handles the following in manual process; Card matching, card insertion to the card carrier or any related media materials and card packing
- Ensure that all produced products are packed accurately in terms of quantity and quality as indicated on the JOB ORDER generated by the perso system
- Manage the fulfillment's quality control program. Card specifications or requirements should be met and SLA should be observed
- Adhere to the daily controls and procedures. Manage the handling and recording of movement of all customer's products. Includes the proper and accurate reporting and paperwork
- Ensure that proper shipping of products will be achieved. Should comply on customer's SLA and properly documented
- Ensure that card production procedures are strictly followed
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as mandated by management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Computer literate (MS Windows and Office)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative, resourceful and self motivated
- Analytic and ability to work in fast-face and dynamic environment
- Team player and can work with minimum supervision
- Can render overtime work as needed arises
- Can work on revolving shift schedules
- Knowledge and experience in card fulfillment processing, logistics, warehousing and purchasing and dispatch of finished goods
