Production Manager  

The Production Manager's role is to oversee the production process and to ensure that products produced in a timely manner & are produced within quality guidelines.

• Ensures production is aligned with the daily production plan
• Works with department heads to uphold and implement policies & goals
• Ensures health & safety guidelines are followed
• Supervises and motivates a team of workers
• Reports any possible tampering to immediate superior
• Reports food safety issues to higher management
• Foresees potential issues
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's College/Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Food Technology, Business Studies/Administrations/Management, Commerce, or equivalent

• At least 4-5 years of working experience in related fields.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;

• Good communication and presentation skills;

• Excellent problem-solving skills;
