Senior Engineering Head | Pampanga  

DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees Engineering department
• Proactively develops & seeks out ways to improve overall processes within scope.
• In-charge of production equipment/machines maintenance.
• In-chage of preventive maintenance
• Acts as the equipment/machinery consultant
• Provides assessments on machine designs and possible ways to improve overall processes.
• Supports & advises all technical queries.
• Undertakes regular salary reviews.
• Supplies & reviews data for all engineering reports and purchase requests.
• Reports any possible product tampering.
• Oversees calibration team & program.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Candidate must at least have Bachelor's College/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in pertinent field.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
