Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Legal Affairs Department in preparing the Company's legal documents;
- Perform due diligence for certain business areas;
- Update company files and draft and review various legal contracts;
- Organized, detail-oriented, good leadership skills, hard working, dedicated to deliver good work performance;
- Perform Legal Research;
- Build and maintain good government relations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Law or equivalent (preferably not studying at the moment);
- Keen to details;
- Open to fresh graduates.
