Human Resource (HR) Legal Officer  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for all legal, labor and business compliance requirements of the company
• Provides corporate legal advice and services
• Ensures that company is compliant on various legal obligations
• Helps negotiate, draft and review contracts entered into by and for the company including, but not limited to, employment contracts, vendor contracts, etc.
• Coordinates with various government and other agencies on legal, regulatory and policy matters affecting the operations of the company
• Assist on the development and maintenance of all legal documents of the company, including internal policies and procedures
• Represents the company on litigations and other representations.

• Extensive knowledge and experience on corporate compliance and labor laws
• Very good knowledge on the BPO industry standards
• Ability to work independently
• With excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Able to relate to various levels of the organization
• Willing to travel
• Background in labor laws
• Extensive experience as a legal officer/manager
