Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, develop, and implement the following:
- Training courses in line with:
- Training and Development Strategy
- JD Fundamentals Curricula
- Training courses in line with:
- Cascade training programs and courses.
- Facilitate training programs for Officers, Supervisors & R/F employees.
- Execute follow-through activities.
- Support the design of training curricula.
- Implement TNA using TNA tools.
- Gather data and consolidate results.
- Prepare training course costs.
- Compute cost of training courses or activity in the JD Fundamentals Curricula.
- Customize training modules and activities to meet business-specific needs.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, or any other related course.
- At least 3 years experience in the related field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in: SM Masinag
