Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in inbound and fulfillment of products.
- Ensure strict implementation and compliance with receiving & dispatching policies and procedures.
- Measure and address the effectiveness of employees' performance and activities.
- Work with superior to observe disciplinary issues, attendance, and performance of direct reports
- Controls and organizes storage and inventory space in the warehouse.
- Ensure the accuracy of reports, both warehouse and data team.
- Communicate position expectations and train employees.
- Define staffing needs and allocate workload.
- Implement new methods, processes, and improvements.
- Identify operations and data reports that need development and institute innovations to adjust current work practices and procedures
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably a graduate of Mathematics, Engineering, IT, or any related.
- Has leadership, people management, and excellent skills.
- Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
