Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Defining and streamlining processes and workflows on Debt Collection
- Manage operational manpower, quality, and knowledge for operational agents in Jakarta and Yogyakarta
- Evaluating all of the support data that’s available to help assess the organization’s performance
- Coordinates numerous programs designed to improve the productivity of employees, including training, talent acquisition and performance evaluation.
- Monitor for manpower operational problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of 5 years experience with implementation of Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, Manpower Management, or similar position
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
