Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Recruitment Assistant will be working alongside the Recruitment Officer throughout the recruitment process
- Maximizing job portals for sourcing of applicants
- Assist Talent Acquisition Officer in hiring and screening of prospective candidates.
- Conducts call outs and text blasts of initially qualified applicants for the invitation of interview
- Conducts test administration and initial interview
- Assistance and coordination for all recruitment paper works
- Assist Requesting Head/Hiring Manager during interviews
- Conducts job offer to new hires
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably a licensed Psychometrician
- Must be willing to travel
