Deskripsi Pekerjaan
In Semesta Akademi, we want to deliver a fun-and-comprehensive learning experience through differnt types of learning preferences. Thus, you will be working with subject matter experts, business leaders, as well as production stakeholders to build learning curriculum and make it happen.
Responsibility
- Conduct need analysis and research to understand the gaps in our potential students.
- Design instructional learning experience based on learning objectives.
- Develop engaging educational materials and resources with different methods (video, live session, games, assignments, etc)
- Maintain evaluation to improve learning experience
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to execute the programs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2-3 years designing learning programs with measurable learning objective
- Minimum bachelor's degree in instructional design / technology, education, psychology, communication or related fields
- Interested in business and creative education is a plus
- Comfortable to wotk using both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to write effective copy and communicate clearly
