HR Recruitment Assistant  

Recruitment Assistant is responsible in the talent acquisition, screening, interview, Placement and background checking. He or She is responsible in maintaining pool of talents in order to supply manpower requirement of the Organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handles Hiring needs per Business Unit

2. Create Job Positing and Ad placements for Job Openings

3. Screen Resumes, Requirements and Credentials of applicants

4. Conduct initial and behavioral interviews and examinations for identified levels

5. Conduct Shortlisting of applicants

6. Conduct Job Offers

7. Initiate ways on how to develop Recruitment in a Cost-effective way

8. Ensure that all requirements are in place before on-boarding of new employees

9. Manage Communication between candidate and Hiring department

10. Maintain Database of Candidates

11. Coordinate with Manpower agencies if needed

12. Must be knowledgeable in doing background checks for shortlisted candidates

13. Perform other Job-related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent

• At least 1-2 year experience in related field

• Willing to travel for on-site recruitment hiring
