Project Manager Software, Embedded System & Electronics Developer  

Job Description:
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the development of the SAWO app and associated hardware, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You will also spearhead efforts to modernize our existing control units, making them more responsive to current and future market demands. This role requires a strong background in software development, embedded systems, and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of the SAWO app and linked hardware.
- Oversee the modernization of current control units to ensure they meet market needs.
- Coordinate with software developers, embedded systems engineers, and electronics developers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, embedded systems, and electronics development.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, and software development.
- Experience in developing and managing mobile applications and hardware integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
